In today’s fast-moving markets, organizations must navigate multi-product complexity, evolving Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and organizational scalability. How do you structure your product portfolio, optimize GTM models, and ensure your organization can scale effectively?

 

This 1.5-day hands-on workshop introduces the Portfolio Map Canvas, a strategic tool to:

 

  •  Map and prioritize product portfolios – Identify gaps, overlaps, and control points
  •  Refine Go-To-Market strategy – Ensure alignment between offerings, bundles & market needs
  •  Optimize organizational capabilities – Align teams, units & enablers around your product and services using the Platform Organization model (3EO)
  •  Define financial & operational accountability – Structure P&L, TCO & strategic financial dependencies

Over 1.5 days, you will:

 

  • Understand the Portfolio Map Canvas and how to use it to clarify product-market fit, GTM, and dependencies
  • Analyze your current portfolio to identify misalignments, redundancies, and opportunities
  • Define clear product taxonomies & organizational structures to scale efficiently
  • Implement P&L and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) structures to drive accountability
  • Develop a roadmap for aligning teams, capabilities, and financial models for sustainable growth

  • First Mapping: Current Portfolio, Organizational Structure, and Dependencies

 

Day 2 (Half Day):  Review Misalignments, Product Gaps, GTM Conflicts, and how to evolve the Organization

Generate insights on:

  • Portfolio vision development
  • Investment area identification
  • Product taxonomy design
  • Platform Organization structure definition
  • P&L and TCO management alignment
  • Implementation roadmap development
